Turnkey Shalllow water system
Ross Mini-Sweep systems are turnkey systems with DGPS, all hardware, electronics, and software from one source. They provide vertical soundings for reliable accuracy in shallow water. A 25 foot (7.6 m) sweep width is standard, using booms custom designed for your vessel. Manual to full hydraulic boom deployment options are available for one person operation.
The included on board computer controls the Ross electronics and is capable of running Ross survey and post processing software as well as third party software from data collection to full post processing. Compact multi-channel transceiver & PC based processor require only a small installation space with low power consumption.
Systems have dual beam transducers providing 22° and 11° beam patterns at the 6 dB level. Total bottom coverage at 16 and 32 foot depths with minimum overlap of beam patterns. All systems operate in both single and multi-track survey modes.
